Yes, our hotel is accessible to people with disabilities. We have a specially equipped room, and access to the building is facilitated by a ramp to overcome the steps at the entrance.

How can I reach you?
Palazzo Russo is located on the island of Ortigia, at Via Vittorio Veneto 26.
🚗 If you arrive by car:
A ZTL (limited traffic zone) is in effect on the island. Please check vehicle access times according to the relevant period.
🚆 If you arrive by train:
From the Central Station you can take the SAIS Autolinee line 106. Alternatively, you can request a taxi
Where can I park my car?
Street parking is reserved for residents only. The following options are available:
1) Talete municipal car park, 500 meters from our property. To reach it, follow the dedicated route indicated by signage.
2) Private car park “Garage Ortigia”, where advance booking is recommended. It is located directly in front of the hotel entrance at Via Vittorio Veneto no. 33.
If you choose this option, you may still pass through the red ZTL: the car park will notify the Municipality of your license plate, ensuring authorized access.
